Dream Events, LLC event planning service specializes in custom one of of a kind events of all sizes.  With our passion and creativity, we work side by side with our clients and vendors to ensure that all of their expectations are met.  We value the relationships that we form with our clients, and take pride in our ability to make your vision a reality.  We are here to ensure that every last detail is executed smoothly, so that our client can sit back, relax, and enjoy their day.

Professional Planning Services $600:
  Venue Consultation
  Budget and checklist development and management
  Event styling and etiquette consultation
  Reception and ceremony layout plan design
  Invitation coordination includes addressing, RSVP tracking and follow up
  Vendor recommendations
  Vendor/consultation meetings (unlimited)
  Vendor contract negotiations
  Assistance with menu development and recommendations on food choice
  Planning meetings (unlimited)
  Venue walkthrough meetings (as needed)
  Vendor coordination throughout planning process
  Ongoing communication with consultant via phone or e-mail (unlimited)
  One consultant and one assistant throughout planning process

Professional Coordination Services $400:

  Provide timeline for wedding party/family/vendors
  Vendor confirmation and coordination for the day of the wedding
  Rehearsal dinner coordination
  Honeymoon Planning
  Personal direction for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception
  Coordinate ceremony and reception set up
  Decorate honeymoon suite if reasonable distance from wedding reception
  Two wedding consultant’s onsite (unlimited number of hours)

Wedding Management Services $200: (Services begin 60 days prior to the wedding)

  One consultation meeting to go through your details and contracts
  Three hours of consultation time with consultant
 Provide timeline for wedding party/family/vendors
 One venue walkthrough meeting (one for each venue)
 Vendor confirmation and coordination for the day of the wedding
 Personal direction for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception
 Coordinate ceremony and reception set up
 One consultant onsite

  • Social Soireé Planning Services $200 include:
    Whether it is a Sweet 16, a 50th Anniversary Party or a dinner party for 75 planning an event has
    many facets and can be overwhelming. You will receive recommendations for the best vendors,
    organization and creative ideas to relieve the stress in planning your event so you can enjoy
    your special occasion.

     Food Serving

    o Mileage $0.53 per mile (up to 60 miles outside of Shreveport/Bossier)
